- To reserve your tickets, please complete the attached Ticket Order Form Request
- Email completed form to TicketReservations@UniversalOrlando.com
- Completed forms must be received at least 72 hours (business days) prior to arrival.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with the order number. Ticket Reservations will provide an invoice email with a confirmation number within 1-2 business days.
- Multi-day tickets are valid during a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period. Dates do not need to be used consecutively.
- Unused tickets are fully refundable. Kindly note, a multi-day ticket used once is considered used.
- To check the status of your order, or to make any changes to your order, please email Ticketreservations@universalorlando.com.
